Fashion guru Tim Gunn has given Disney teen star Miley Cyrus the thumbs down when it comes to style.
(Miley Cyrus) is just a little too tarty, forgive me. I dont want her to look like shes going into a convent school, but its just a little too much for a 15-year-old. If I didnt know better, Id swear she was 25, Gunn told OK! magazine.
The Project Runway mentor, who also has his own show Tim Gunns Guide to Style, had the opposite advice for actress Katie Holmes, who has transformed her look in recent months with a short haircut.
She went from looking like a little farm girl to looking like royalty, Gunn said. Now she needs to push back a little so she doesnt look too dowdy or old.

According to blogger Perez Hilton the hacker, Digital Gangster, is trying to flog the pics around the celebrity rags in the hope of making a few quid.
The pictures show the 15-year-old singer posing seductively in the shower wearing only a wet t-shirt, which seems to prove she is too dumb to take off her clothes before soaping up. There is another one of her showing off her stomach in a skimpy top, but since she does this normally we can't see how Digital Gangster can make much money on this.
Cyrus has been involved in several photo scandals this year, including her highly controversial Vanity Fair cover shoot in May, in which she is shown posing in nothing but a satin sheet. µ
Teenager Arrested For Attempted Miley Cyrus Terrorist Attack

A teenager from northern California has been arrested for allegedly planning to crash a plane into a Miley Cyrus concert. The unnamed 16-year-old was detained by the FBI after smuggling handcuffs, duct tape, rope and other items on to a flight from Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Although there was no incident on the plane, the FBI have accused the boy of hatching plans to hijack the jet and direct it into a stadium in Lafayette, Los Angeles, where the pop star was performing, according to TMZ.com.
A spokesman for the FBI tells the website, "He had some general plans where he was going and indicated where he wanted to die."
However, it was later confirmed that the date of Hannah Montana star Cyrus's concert in Lafayette was actually scheduled for January 25 - three days after the attempted attack on January 22.
The 15-year-old actress/singer is in the middle of her Best Of Both Worlds tour which will see the star play 69 live shows concluding in Miami, Florida, on January 31.

The NY Daily News is reporting that Gomez, the sultry-ish star of The Wizards Of Waverly Place, has been dating yet another 15-year old, singer Nick Jonas. As many of you may know (however embarrassing it is to admit), Jonas is the rumored intended recipient of most of Cyrus' kissy-face iPhone photos and pouty shower shots that hit the Internets recently. While Jonas is admittedly cute in an adolescent John Mayer sort of way, we don't see why a break-up with the kid should prompt Miley into such bitter antics. However, the attack seems to be backfiringl, mainly because Miley who frequently succumbs to giggle attacks and slurring throughout the vid made her rep as the good girl next door and not as a conniving backstabber (or, for that matter, as an burgeoning anti-Semite with her use of the word "scheisty"). Fasten your seatbelts, it looks like we have another Lohan vs. Duff feud brewing as we type.
Comedienne Margaret Cho isn't laughing about a photo in which Miley Cyrus and friends appear to be poking fun at Asians.
The Korean-American admits she was appalled by the image, which first appeared online last week - and she's still not happy after two separate public apologies from the teen star.
Cho has even penned a song, in which she slams the Hannah Montana star.
The comic sings, "I wasn't necessarily a fan of her, her dad, or Hannah Montana/I tend to prefer the songs of Rihanna/Racism against Asians is simply bananas"

Cyrus first apologised for the ill-advised pose after the Organization of Chinese Americans director, George Wu, demanded she say sorry. And when Wu suggested the singer/actress' first statement wasn't convincing, Cyrus apologised again.
Earlier this week Cyrus took to her website to issue a second apology.

According to reports, the FBI arrested an unnamed 16-year-old who planned to overtake the pilot and crew members of a Southwest Airlines flight on January 22.
