Rather shamefully for Winehouse, the troubled singer was crowned "Loser Of The Year" for the second year in a row. While Paris Hilton also won a similar embarassing prize - for "Best Hanger On".
Other winners included Katy Perry who picked-up "Best Track' for her controversial worldwide hit 'I Kissed A Girl', The Saturdays voted "Best New Act" and Kylie Minogue credited as "Legend Of The Year".
Rockers Kings Of Leon will be pleased with their gong of "Best Album", for last year's 'Only By The Night' and Rihanna was awarded "Best International Act".
More than three million votes from the public decided the results.
