Kylie Minogue struggled with success at the beginning of her career because she felt "guilty" about overshadowing her pop star sister Dannii.
The siblings both started their careers on Australian TV in the 1980s, acting in rival soap operas before launching music careers.
And although Dannii Minogue enjoyed a successful pop career, her sister became an international sensation - outstripping her sibling's records sales by millions.
Dannii Minogue has enjoyed a career resurgence since becoming a judge on Australia's Got Talent and Simon Cowell's The X Factor, and Kylie insists she knew her sister would eventually get the acclaim she deserved.
But the Spinning Around hitmaker admits it was tough to compete with her family in the same industry.
She tells X magazine, "I would feel quite guilty sometimes although there was no reason to feel that. And I know the last thing she would ever want me to feel is bad."
"We’ve discussed all that and it’s all good. I always knew her time would come. I’m stoked for her."

ชั้นรู้สึกผิดในบางครั้งนะ ความจริงชั้นไม่ต้องมีความรู้สึกกับเรื่องนี้ก็ได้ เพราะชั้นรู้ว่าน้องสาวชั้นคงไม่ยินดีกับเรื่องนี้และอยากให้เป้นสิ่งสุดท้ายที่จะเกิดขึ้น
สำหรับเรื่องนี้เราก็ได้คุยกันไปในทางที่ดีแล้ว และชั้นก็รู้มาตลอดว่าเวลาของเธอจะต้องมาถึงแน่ๆ ชั้นรับรองได้
