In what will be sure to come as good news to Team Beyonce, her album ‘4′ remains atop the Billboard 200 in its second week of release, despite surfacing online months ago.
It is the only Beyonce album to do so without the aid of a #1 single in the week of its debut.
With 115,000 units sold, it is the highest selling album in the US this considerably quiet chart week,which saw Lloyd enter it at #10 with 26,000 units sold.
With ‘Best Thing I Never Had‘ making its way steadily up the charts, it would be no surprise if ‘4′ gains an extra pair of legs to help it run the race it needs to run to become one of her most commercially successful albums.
