WENN.comBlack Eyed Peas are being sued by George Clinton after the group stole elements of his song '(Not Just) Knee Deep'.
The singer and songwriter has now filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit in California against the group as he claims that he didn't not sign a contract or agree any terms which meant that the BEPs could use the sample.
The copyright infringement lawsuit claims that the group, which consists of will.i.am, Taboo, Fergie and apl.de.ap, even released another remix of the song after they had been told about it.
